For anyone that knows me in my natural habitat, you'll know that cosiness is paramount. Summer is real nice and all, but I genuinely miss long leg pyjamas or better yet, fleecy pyjamas - the ultimate. So once the winter weather swings around, I'm pretty darn happy to rifle through my extensive cosy-wear collection, with new additions this year.
I've never had a set of flannel pyjamas in adult life - and only the one teddy print childhood set - something which was a gaping hole in my collection. My first foray into adult flannel was this set from Charlotte & Co*. A pretty spring print, but the brushed cotton is perfect for this time of year and they're loose enough not to restrain me in my sleep (and currently the star of their Facebook pic). The long length leg is my favourite style, especially for lounge time.
These were closely followed by a second set of silk flannels from MissGuided, their Black Friday weekend sales were not good for my bank balance. I've lusted after these star print PJs for ages and with 50% off, I bit. They're so silky and again, a really nice fit. This set is a long sleeved top and shorts, so I can wear through seasons - paying for themselves - but for right now, I've mixed and matched.
The mis-matched bottoms are my new favourites from Oysho, I picked these up in Budapest, but Oysho sometimes pops up on ASOS. OH SO SOFT, just the right length and with pockets. All boxes are ticked.
So, with the nights continuing to be drawn in, I'll put my feet up in my comfies and get into the winter spirit.
